When a spouse asks for a separation or files for divorce, it can feel like the relationship is already over. In many cases, it isn’t. A separation is not a divorce, and even after divorce papers have been filed, a marriage can sometimes be restored. The first step is often not focusing on changing your spouse, but on working on yourself. Through resources we provide like Re:Generation, to coaching programs designed for both men and women, to one-on-one guidance, to the educational and encouraging content we share on YouTube—you can begin a journey of personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. As you become healthier emotionally, mentally, and relationally, you create a stronger foundation for rebuilding trust, connection, and hope for the future.

The Addiction Isn’t the Real Problem.
What if the thing you’re fighting isn’t actually the deepest problem?
What if your addiction is only the symptom—and underneath it are wounds, fears, pride, control, lust, anger, approval, or an idol you’ve been protecting for years? You can quit drinking, stop looking at porn, control your anger, clean up your language, or change your behavior and still never deal with the man underneath it all. Re isn’t about making you better at hiding your brokenness; it’s about dragging what’s hidden into the light and letting Christ transform it.
So here’s the question: What are you unwilling to admit about yourself?
Not what your wife needs to change. Not what your parents did. Not what your boss did. Not what your addiction has done to you. What are YOU still refusing to face?
Because freedom begins where excuses end.
You don’t need more willpower. You need truth. You need humility. You need other men who are willing to look you in the eye and tell you what you may not be willing to tell yourself. And you need the courage to let God go after the parts of your life you’ve worked hardest to protect.
Your addiction may be the thing everyone can see. Your blind spot is the thing you can’t.
The question isn’t whether you have one.
The question is whether you’re man enough to find it.

Coaching for Men
You can’t fix what you refuse to face.
Individual coaching is for the man who is tired of repeating the same patterns, blaming the same circumstances, and wondering why nothing really changes.
Maybe the addiction is obvious. Maybe it isn’t. Maybe the real battle is anger, lust, control, fear, pride, insecurity, people-pleasing, or the constant need to prove you’re enough.
This isn’t about pretending you have it all together. It’s about getting brutally honest about what’s actually going on underneath the surface.
No hiding. No excuses. No blaming your wife, your past, your parents, your circumstances, or everyone who has hurt you.
We’ll dig into the blind spots, challenge the stories you’ve been telling yourself, uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, and identify the things you may be worshiping, protecting, or avoiding without even realizing it.
Because the man you want to become is on the other side of the things you’re unwilling to confront.
You don’t need another place to talk about your problems.
You need a place where someone will challenge you to face them.

Coaching for Women
You can’t heal what you keep hiding.
Individual coaching is for the woman who is tired of carrying everything, keeping everyone happy, and pretending she’s okay when she knows something underneath the surface needs to change. Maybe the struggle is obvious. Maybe it looks more like anxiety, resentment, control, insecurity, perfectionism, people-pleasing, anger, fear, or constantly putting everyone else ahead of yourself.
This isn’t about blaming yourself or pretending you should have it all figured out. It’s about getting honest about what’s really happening beneath the surface.
No more burying the hurt. No more making excuses. No more blaming everyone else. No more believing the same lies that have kept you stuck.
We’ll uncover the patterns, beliefs, wounds, and blind spots that may be shaping your choices without you even realizing it—and begin replacing them with truth, courage, healthy boundaries, and intentional action.
Because the woman you were created to become is on the other side of the things you’ve been afraid to confront.
You don’t need another place to talk about what’s wrong.
You need a safe place where someone will love you enough to challenge you to face it.
